Due to the nature of both Ruby City having no residents to feed on that are NPCs and Nanami being a mermaid that has to feed on other characters' energies, I've decided to put up a permissions post. In order for Nanami to feed naturally and take energy, she needs to submerge the person in water for a few seconds. She will not be killing anybody this way unless she goes absolutely berserk. In which case, she will be killing your character.

Of course, this will not be done without the strict permission of you, the player! And of course, if your character has an alternative to transferring energy, that is also fine to use as well.

Nanami Chiaki over here is a CRAU from Ryslig, which is a game that centers around body horror and monsters, and because of that, she is currently a mermaid. More specifics on her appearance and other information can be found here for reference (warning: link is slightly NSFW!) Due to the nature of the game, certain subjects may come up into play in dialogue or brackets such as:
